Your Questions, Answered.

  •  We don’t just adjust, we assess, address, and progress. Every session blends hands-on care (like adjustments, soft tissue therapy and corrective exercises) with personalized movement strategies. You’ll leave not only feeling better, but moving better with the tools to stay that way.

  • Adjustments are just one part of the full spectrum of care. Your visit may include soft tissue work (ART, cupping, IASTM), corrective rehab, movement screening (FMS/SFMA/FCS), or recovery tools depending on what your body needs most.

  • Yes. Your first visit includes a detailed assessment followed by hands-on treatment and a tailored plan for moving forward. No upsells, no surprises just focused care.

  • We offer 30-minute sessions depending on your goals and needs. You’ll always know what’s included, and we’ll make the most of your time. This includes full treatment in adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises

  • Yes. We are in with most major insurance plans, with a few exceptions which we are currently working on. Most services are covered.

  • We understand life gets busy. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule so we can accommodate other patients. Consistency is important to maximize your results.

  • An adjustment helps restore proper joint motion and nervous system function. It's not just about "cracking backs" it’s about improving movement, reducing tension, and allowing your body to adapt and perform at its best.

  • Chiropractic care is very safe when delivered by a trained provider. Most people feel relief and improved mobility right away, some can take 24-48 hours. Techniques are always adjusted based on your comfort and what’s most effective for your needs.

  • Wear comfortable, flexible clothing—like what you’d wear to a workout or yoga class. We want you to move freely during assessment and treatment. Avoid jeans, dresses, or anything restrictive.

  • From runners and lifters to desk workers, busy parents, kids, and grandparents. If you’re looking to move better, live stronger, and thrive daily, we’ve got you covered.

  • Yes! We treat infants, kids, growing teens, and student athletes. Treatment is always age-appropriate, gentle, and focused on healthy development, milestones and performance.

  • Not at all. We’re here to get you out of pain, back to doing what you love, and give you tools to stay there.

  • A 30-minute follow-up allows us to provide comprehensive, hands-on care that goes beyond a quick adjustment. In 10–15 minutes, there’s often not enough time to:

    • Assess how your body has responded since your last visit

    • Perform precise chiropractic adjustments

    • Address soft tissue restrictions and mobility issues

    • Guide you through corrective exercises to reinforce the treatment

Our 30-minute sessions ensure every component adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab is done thoroughly and effectively. This means lasting results, improved movement, and better long-term performance, rather than temporary relief that may require more frequent visits.

  • At ADAPT Spine + Sport, every visit is designed to give lasting results, not just temporary relief. While adjustments are always part of your care, we combine them with soft tissue work and corrective exercises to address the issues to improve movement, and help your body maintain the benefits long-term.

If you prefer a faster visit focused mainly on adjustments, we can accommodate, but the 30-minute model ensures the most effective and lasting care. Think of it as investing a little extra time now to reduce future pain and prevent repeat visits.
