Dr. Austin Stivison
Founder, ADAPT Spine + SportDr. Austin Stivison is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping individuals optimize their health, performance, and longevity through evidence-based, holistic care. With years of clinical experience, Dr. Austin specializes in restoring mobility through Active Release Techniques (ART®), relieving pain through chiropractic care, and improving overall wellbeing for patients of all ages getting back to life.
His approach integrates advanced techniques with a strong emphasis on prevention, education, and personalized treatment plans designed to meet each patient's unique needs using the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Austin is an accomplished athlete, having finished a 100-mile ultra foot race along with multiple marathons and half marathons. With a background in collegiate sports, he understands firsthand the importance of physical conditioning, rehabilitation, and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle. He has an athletic perspective that lets him relate directly to his patients' goals, whether they're recovering from an injury or chasing peak performance.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Austin and his wife are proud parents of two children, a commitment that drives his dedication to fostering family health and wellness. He brings that same perspective into his work with parents, children, and athletes alike.
Outside the clinic, you'll find Dr. Austin grabbing miles on the road, spending time on the lakes around Coeur d'Alene, hunting, fishing, and staying involved in recreational athletics. He's an active part of the local community, so don't be shy, say hi if you see him around town.
