NEW PATIENTS
At ADAPT Spine + Sport, your first visit is all about understanding you, your movement and your goals. We take time to listen, assess and create a care plan .
Initial Visit (30-60 min) includes:
Assessment, Diagnosis, Education, and Treatment.
Follow-up Visits
Whether you’re coming in for continued care, tune-up or working through your ADAPT plan. Your follow up visits are designed to be efficient, personalized and progress-driven.
Check-in with how you’ve been feeling since previous appointment. You’ll have a chance to share what has improved, what’s still challenging and any new activities or stressors that may affect your progress.
Re-assess:
Range of motion
Functional movements
Pain levels and/or Tension
Rehab progression
Recovery and lifestyle habits
Targeted Treatment:
Each session will build on your personal ADAPT plan may include:
Spinal and/or Extremity Adjustments
Soft Tissue therapy (Manual therapy ART®, Cupping, IASTM)
Therapeutic Activity & Exercise Progressions
Home Care Program
15 min appointments will include: ($40)
