ADAPT Spine + Sport is currently in-network with the following carriers. Coverage details vary by plan.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
We accept HSA cards directly as payment. Use your pre-tax dollars for chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehab services.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
FSA funds are accepted for all eligible treatment services. Check with your FSA administrator for your specific coverage details.
Not currently in-network: Medicare & Medicaid
We are not currently credentialed with Medicare or Medicaid. If you carry one of these plans as your primary coverage, please call the office — we can discuss self-pay rates and payment options that may still make care accessible for you.

All plans 3 month minimum. Billed on file the 1st–5th of each month. Unused visits do not roll over. Auto-renews monthly after term. New patients require intial exam. Contact us for current pricing details.
